Not a con per-se, just may be for some...not a job for the faint of heart who doesn't give 150% in everything they do. If you lot're the type that "mails it in" and shows up simply to collect a pay-check, this isn't the employer for you. At TJH y'all work difficult, learn, put in the endeavour, you'll be rewarded. If yous don't....you won't.

Very well organized system, tons of support when assistance is needed, the position is engaging and varied, and equally described prior to starting time. Benefits begin twenty-four hour period 1, and inside my first few weeks I feel similar I am quickly getting up to speed.

Not all attorneys are fabricated equal and some do not respect their paralegals or assistance them acquire how to thrive in their function. Parlaegals are in that location to aid attorneys, but information technology becomes hard to help when they are either inexperienced or unwilling to railroad train their paralegals. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. Firm is very determined well-nigh your chaser respecting you and the piece of work you do. Paralegals are a very essential part of the team and they show that in how we are treated forth with the pay rates. We know we are appreciated and valued.
